Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activity

You may not use TenderBridge to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or materially false information in a tender or grant application, or misrepresent your organization's identity, qualifications, or track record to a buyer or funder.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including procurement, anti-corruption, export control, or sanctions law.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform outside of the features we provide, or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the platform's security or rate limits.
• Upload malware, or any content designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of other users.
• Use the AI features (matching, extraction, business assistant) to generate content for an unrelated or unlawful purpose, or in a way that attempts to extract our underlying prompts, models, or system configuration.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, our staff, or third parties through any feature of the platform, including the contact form.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or organization.
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Share your account credentials with, or grant account access to, anyone outside your organization's authorized team members.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the platform to third parties outside your own organization without our written permission.

2. Content Standards

Documents and content you upload must be relevant to your legitimate use of the platform (e.g. company profiles, financial statements, certifications, past contracts) and must not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.

3. Fair Use of AI Features

AI-powered features (match scoring, document extraction, Advanced Search, and the business assistant) are provided for your organization's own tender and grant discovery and preparation. Automated, bulk, or high-frequency use beyond normal individual or team usage patterns — including scripted requests — is not permitted and may be rate-limited or blocked.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing content, suspending or terminating your account, and — where required by law — reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting a Violation

If you believe another user is violating this policy, or that content on TenderBridge (including a tender or grant listing) is fraudulent or infringing, contact us at admin@growthinvest.org.
