Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how TenderBridge uses cookies and similar technologies, including the analytics and advertising tools listed below.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They can be used for things like keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, or tracking behavior across sites for advertising.

2. Analytics and Advertising Cookies

We use Google Tag Manager to deploy analytics and advertising tools, which may include Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — used to understand how visitors use TenderBridge and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns, for example which ad led to a signup. These tools may set cookies or use similar technology on your device and are provided by Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc., governed by their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies related to routing and security.

3. How We Keep You Signed In

Instead of a session cookie, TenderBridge keeps you signed in using your browser's local storage — a similar technology that stays on your device but is not sent to us with every request the way a cookie is. It's cleared if you log out or clear your browser's site data.

4. Third-Party Cookies During Checkout

When you upgrade to a paid plan, you're redirected to a secure, hosted payment page operated by Paystack or Stripe (depending on your billing region) to complete payment. Those pages are on Paystack's or Stripe's own domains, not ours, and may set their own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by Paystack's and Stripe's own privacy and cookie policies, not this one.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Since TenderBridge doesn't rely on cookies for core functionality (your session uses local storage instead), blocking cookies in your browser shouldn't affect your ability to use the platform.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce additional analytics, advertising, or other cookie-based technology in the future, we'll update this policy to reflect the actual cookies in use at that time.
